Get All Workers
===============

**Endpoint**: `/workers/all`

**Description**: Retrieve all workers for the user.

**Access Required**: `workers.read`

**Request**:

- **Method**: GET
- **URL**: `https://api.neuron.expert/public/workers/all`
- **Headers**:
  - `X-Apikey: your_api_key`

**Response**:

- **Status 200**: List of all workers in JSON format.

- **Status 403**: Insufficient scope.
